Fayza Ramadan, born in 1988 in Tripoli to a Libyan father and a Ghanaian mother, is one of the artists that emerged after the Libyan civil war. She has a degree in business administration and has been working in companies and in schools as a teacher. Self-taught, Faiza began painting since the age of 15. Amid the chaos going on in Libya she continues to paint and embrace art as a therapy. Her artwork is titled “The Gazelle”.
