Najah Zarbout, originally from Kerkennah, lives and works between Soussa and Paris. Having a PhD in Arts and Science of Arts at the Sorbonne, the artist is interested in topics referring to the present and to problems that individuals encounter in contemporary society. Questionings about the other and the relations we have with it are brought up and treated particularly in her sculptures. Her works take diverse forms, from drawings to videos passing through photography and installation. Najah participated in collective exhibitions in France and overseas.
